Registration Information

Registration for Flathead Valley Hockey Association will be opened soon!

FVHA's current program is open to girls and boys of all ages and abilities. The program is designed to teach the fundamentals of hockey and the philosophy is to ensure that players have fun while improving their skill level. Emphasis is placed on skill development, team work and sportsmanship.

Season game and tournament schedules are set in October for all teams except Mites. Additional opportunities to host or travel to other rinks for games and/or tournaments can be added to the schedule and will be organized by the team manager with input from coaches and parents.

2023-2024 Teams

6U - Termites/Mites (born 2017 and after) Co-ed

8U - Yeti Local League (born 2015-2016) Co-ed - Non Travel

10U - Yeti Local League (born 2013-2014) Co-ed - Non Travel

12U - PeeWees (born 2011-2012) Co-ed

14U Girls (born 2009 and after)

14U Bantams (born 2009-2010)

19U Girls (born 2004-2008)

High School Fusion (in High School or a High School program)

Documentation

The following forms are required by the registrar before any child will be allowed to skate.

Online registration
Payment for the current session (or payment schedule arranged). Note: Players will not be added to the team roster and will be ineligible for league play or State without payment in full or payment schedule arranged.
A copy of the child's birth certificate (new players)
USA Hockey Registration - entered when you register online

Volunteer Information

Families are asked to support the needed work load through either volunteering or financial support, your choice. See options below:

Funding	Buy-out the volunteering deposit and have no volunteering hours with all Dibs credited at the beginning of the season. The cost is per team amounts below.
Volunteering	General • All requirements are per player per team • A check in the below amount is held undeposited until the end of the year • Meet or exceed the credit-hour requirements and the deposit check is returned. If not the check is deposited; no partial credits. • It is your responsibility to seek volunteer opportunities in Dibs • The credit-hours are available throughout the fiscal year, July 1 through June 30
	8U Mites	Session	• $100 deposit • Requires 10 Volunteering Credit-Hours
