LOOKING TO PARTICIPATE?

Looking to participate in a sport that requires skill, strength, strategic thinking and the desire to play as part of a team?  Whatever level you play at, hockey can enhance your life, improving fitness, strength and coordination.

Whether you are looking to play casually in our recreational league or competitively with one of our traveling teams, you'll find our organization to be a great place to learn new skills and meet new friends.

Player Information

See the Registration page/tab for status and links.

FVHA's current program is open to girls and boys of all ages and abilities.  The program is designed to teach the fundamentals of hockey and the philosophy is to ensure that players have fun while improving their skill level.  Emphasis is placed on skill development, team work and sportsmanship.  All levels are scheduled for about three hours of ice time/week.

Season game and tournament schedules are set in October for all teams except 8U/6U Mites.  Additional opportunities to host or travel to other rinks for games and/or tournaments  can be added to the schedule and will be organized by the team manager with input from coaches and parents.
