Listed in random order:

Cassandra Furda: I'm 35 years old, a wife and mother that has the time available to dedicate to this program. I’m a mother of two boys that are passionate about hockey and absolutely love the Flathead Flames.

David Cummings (I): I am a dedicated, hard worker. I am one of the first to show up for an event, and one of the last to leave. In 12 years of experience with this association I have witnessed the tremendous growth and development of its teams and am proud to have been a part of it.

Cara Lemire (I): Hi Everyone, I would like to continue being a member of the FVHA Board to continue to grow and expand the youth hockey program for kids of all ages. I know that the FVHA is a volunteer run organization and while my kids are playing I would like to contribute my time to help the organization run smoothly. I think my experience of the last six years managing Winter Classics, Managing both the Mites and Squirts teams as well as the Mites and Squirts Yeti teams, and being an FVHA Board member and current Board President, will continue to help me be a contributing board member. I think my vast board experience on other boards will help me be an asset to the board and the organization. I also understand that there is a time commitment required for board service and I am willing to make that commitment. My boys and I really love the hockey community and can't wait to see the program grow. My family is also excited to be exploring the idea of an indoor ice arena in Flathead Valley and are excited to be working to facilitate this prospect for the youth and adult hockey community of the Flathead Valley.

Jim Foster (I): My career with Glacier National Park as the Chief of Facilities Management is coming to an end as I plan to retire at the end of this year, giving me more time to dedicate to FVHA and our hockey program. The 21-years I worked in the park have been super rewarding and hopefully I have left the park in better shape to serve the American people. As I stated, the acme of my career is standing up the School-to-Park program with our local high school. This program benefits the park, our youth, and grows a strong partnership between our community and the Federal government. To continue serving this Association is my great desire and I hope you will allow me to continue serving for another Board term.

Richard Owens: My name is Richard Owens and I live up the north fork with my wife Sara and sons Sam(13) and Tucker(10). I have worked for the forest service on the Spotted Bear Ranger District for nearly 30 years. In the summer our family moves up there to live for the season. I like to fish, hunt, golf and play backyard hockey with my boys.

Abbie Steffen: I moved to Flathead Valley a little over four years ago and have found a great place and community to call home. I got involved with hockey because my kids wanted to play. I enjoyed the community and their practices so much that I joined adult beginner hockey. It is fair to say our whole family is hooked. FVHA offers a great hockey program for kids to learn to play hockey, have fun, and build community. Over the past year, I have had a great time volunteering at the rink and would love to help support the Flathead Valley Hockey Association by serving on the board.

Jessica Crofts (I): Vote for Pedro!! Lol j/k. I have been a part of FVHA for 8 years and have 2 kids that play. I have put in more hours at that rink than I could even count. I’ve been playing Hockey for 6 years and have been helping coach for 5 years. My job of 20+ years allows me to work with people of all kinds everyday giving me experience to deal with them professionally and ethically. Also great with computers. There is nothing I Love more than Kids and Hockey.

Lindsey Foster (I): I have lived in Montana my whole life and have been part of the Flathead Valley since 2007. I grew up in a small town in Central Montana. My husband and I have 3 children all who have been part of this association for the past 6 years. We love to do anything outdoors and of course our winters are full of hockey. I would love the chance to help grow our association and other families' love for the game.
